Booking Process

To begin the booking process, please complete the online contact form and include a message with the date and location of your wedding. Once you've filled out the form, I'll schedule us a 30 minute intro call. I'll then email you a contract for you to sign and return. This helps us both know what to expect and what we've agreed on.

From there, I'll work with you to curate your musical selections and decide on the right ensemble. I'm happy to make recommendations if you need some help deciding on pieces. I offer unlimited consultation time, but ask that all pieces be confirmed 30 days in advance of the wedding. I will contract with any additional musicians.

 

One week prior to the wedding I'll reach out to you to finalize event details and answer any questions. On the day of the wedding I'll arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up and go over details with your coordinator/point of contact/officiant. Following the wedding, I'll send you an invoice within 24 hours. Payment is due within 48 hours of receipt of the invoice.

Pricing

Wedding ceremony:

• 30 minutes of prelude + ceremony: $500

  • each additional musician is $250 per person (2 musicians = $750, 3 musicians = $1,000, etc.)​

• cocktail hour and/or reception: $150/hr/per person

Private events:​ $150/hr

Memorial service, celebration of life:​ $300

​

Custom music arrangements:

• I am happy to arrange any piece of music for you. There is a $50 arrangement fee per piece.
